nopi chrome fuse box replacment fittment help

hey sup i bought a fuse box from nopi that is chrome will i came to put it on and it wont fit and it say it fit 99-01 is it supposed to be like that or what i got a 2001 gtz anybody have it

you know that cover goes over the factory cover right?

or is it cuz the shape of the fuse box are different
