Is it my transmission?

Can someone tell me if the following symtons are telling my tranmission is going or something else:

When ever I am accelerating between about 30-45mph and after the transmission has shifted through all gears and is in OD, the car sometimes (most times) jerks. The jerking is similar to a manual transmission when one is riding the clutch. The tachometer shows the RPMs jumping back and forth. It does not do this at higher speeds such as 50-55mph or higher. It only happens when I hit the accelerator while trying to maintain the a speed between about 30-45mph. It is worst on hills.

By the way, the transmission seems to shift fine. It is pretty smooth and I don't notice the shifting unless I am paying close attention.

its normal in 7g auto trannies... the trans starts to go

I think I know what your talking bout my 7g did that between 1500 and 2000 rpms till I got a tune-up then it stoped, but about half a year later the tranny went out. But my cusins 93 accord did it to till she got a tune-up.
