New Rims

I'm thinking of getting a new set of rims. I'm in love with these rims because a car that I see often where I live has them and it looks REALLY awesome.

These are the rims that I currently have

I'm gonna be looking to sell them after I get my new ones. It is ok to buy the new rims the same size as the ones that I have now and use me Kumho Ecsta 711 tires that I have now on the Enkei rims that I want?

Also when I do get the new rims I will be putting my old ones up for sale. I've had them of for almost 4 months and I have one spot of a scuff and I would gladly take pics of if for anyone that's interested. Let me know if anyone is interested and I will start thinking of a price for ya!
