I said that I would take them off if something happened to them. My neighbor hit the front of my car with her expedition. My car was parked. I got $1500 for it from her insurance company. I want to get a hood but i have read so much crap about people getting them in the mail damaged or it taking 3 months to get to them or it not fitting properly. If anyone could tell me the BEST place to get one from then I will order it right now.

All hoods are JDM spec, so you're not going to find a perfect fitting hood. Also, most are on back order all the time because they aren't mass producing them like they would for Honda's or something. I think the best outcomes have come with the Extreme Dimension's fiberglass hood. My Erebuni hood had its issues, but all do like I said. Nothin any reputable shop can't take care of for a little extra change. Probably gonna paint it anyways, so they'd probably work ya a deal.

i'm in NC, i'll let my VIS CF EVO hood go for $200 if you come pick it up... it has cracks around the hood pins and 1 crack on the back of the driver's side vent, but if you're gonna get it painted, then it won't matter, just the clear coat is messed up, i already ordered my new one and it's on it's way, so i gotta get rid of this one...

To each his own... I don't like doing that because it's free advertisement...You paid for the product and you're advertising for them too. i would do it if i where sponsored and i didn't have to pay for the equipment, but i don't want to get sponsored so, i'll never do that.
