Could someone point me in the direction of low cost, good quality (oxymoron) ('http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxymoron') timing belt kit for a 2001 Galant I4?

Do you just want to change the belt yourself? A good belt should be under $50, and I dont think you'd need another tensioner. If you are looking to get cam gears, they are an integral part of the engine and if you go cheap, you will pay with a sledged engine. AEM make cam gears, as well as alot of other companies. Search and you will find plenty.
