Ready to start retro #2 and Final!!!

Hey yall... I got my 2003 Lexus sc430 projectors in last week and i just now was able to get them out... and play with them a little bit.. I modded them by swapping the stock lense with a acura tsx lense for a much crisper cutoff(LOL i had two extra tsx projectors at the pad to play with so i decided to try it and great results).. my first retro was with tsx projectors these sc430's are about 35% wider and more intense... yes these projectors cost about 200 more but i think they are worth it...

I am gonna be putting these in my other set of headlights along with some clear lense h3 projectors for high beams.. I got some ccfl halo eyes im gonna work with as well.. these are gonna be my final headlights :-) I am gonna take my time on these.. Ill proably start construction of these and start building the insides in bout 2 weeks.. Im not sure yet how I want to construct the inside...

And yes i have gone HID crazy!!! :wink:

P.S. I might be selling my first retro set... but I might open my first set again before i sell it.. not really sure LOL... but ill keep yall posted if you were thinking bout wanting to get them let me know..

After I complete these Ill be looking for a body kit... I kind of prefer a lip kit but a simple body kit would be nice.. nothing real race like just somthing that completes my car..... Im also gonna get some engine work done... just to get a nice look...

Well they are pictures of light output lol..... Um resize pics.. If I knew how I proably wood.. My digital cam takes pics and that's that....

Anyone have questions lol feel free to ask... I'm learning a lot about retros.. I just want to give knowledge to those using these crappy hid kits in halogen reflector housings... So hopefully some of yall will save just a few extra hundred and get hids that are legit...

I personally think these cheap ebay hid kits are giving "HIDs" a bad name and people need to understand hid bulbs in a halogen reflector housing isn't ok... LOL
