You can get them from the dealership. I paid $65 for the set of four.

I have a GTZ, so I believe mine came stock with mudflaps. Either or, they're on there. They're currently black, but the OEM color match looks nice. How would one go about painting these? Better to use a can, spray, or what? I'd probably order the paint thru www.paintscratch.com

I thought about colormatching as well, but I was worried about all the crap that gets on them messing up the paint - heck the reason I got them was to protect the paint on the rest of the car.

Hey Reelax, forgot to check at the last meet, but hows the paint holding up on the the mudguards?

I think color matched looks alot better and I wouldn't worrk much about debris scratching them up as much as I would worry about cracking them on driveways ans such. In fact, I do believe that Reelax no longer has his mud guards on because he kept cracking them.

yup i cracked at least 3 full sets of those and the paint never stayed. it looked good when i had them nice and colormatched but that only lasted like a month. right now i'm not rolling a full set of mudflaps cuz the rear ones allready fell off and the front ones are barely hanging on. btw, they were colormatched at a body shop. there is a company that can paint them so that they will stay painted... http://www.wetworksgarage.com ('http://www.wetworksgarage.com') .

Yeah I cracked one on my passenger side rear. but Its still functional just the outside cosmetic damage is done. So I bought a new pair to replace that one and I have three new ones and a cracked one. I am waiting one of my firends to buy it, but if he doesn't I will sell them for $55*and shipping is not included. I prefer local though.

*since there are three new mudgaurds and one cracked I just subtracted the damged one off of the original price I bought them for which was $70.00. PM me if interested.

I understand this to be an older post however, would anyone have the rear driver's side mud guard available?

DFX, thank you!

UPDATE: tried contacting the source you've provided above. Left several messages & sent e-mails inquiring about part (#AGL9YG2B01) however, never received reply! Finally contacted dealership parts department there in Washington. Confirmed part is no longer available (despite web site stating it is). As per my conversation, web site will be updated to reflect this. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE

I ordered from Mitsubishi Parts a few months ago... said the mud flaps were no longer in production. G'luck!

Would anyone have the part numbers (with / without cladding)? I recall comming accross them in a post but didn't save the information. Also, how does one determine if vehicle has cladding or not?

Part # is AGL9YG2B01(obsolete part). The V-6 ES package should not have cladding on it.

Would ayone be able to compare the 8th Gen Galant mud guards (AGL9YG2B01) to the mud guards installed on the 3rd Gen (2000-2005) Eclipse? (AEC2YG1B01 , Eclipse without ground effects) & (AEC2YG1B02, Eclipse with ground effects). I know the two vehicles share the same body platform, perhaps they may fit.

Disregard above inquiry. The Eclipse mud guards won't fit due to the curvature of the fender , which is different.
