Hey guys! I just wanted to see if there was anyone really interested in seeing performance parts to be developed for our 9G's both I4 and V6...

today I spoke with Rob Tallini from Road Race to get info on any plans for the 9G galant. Basically, I wanna see if there are any 9G owners out there that are serious enough to see really good performance gains for our vehicles.

I have spoken to both Rippmods and Road Race, and I just want to see quality performance products to be made. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif

I would like to see Intakes, exhausts, headers, ecu upgrades, suspension, hell.... even a turbo kit would be pretty bad ass

just let me know what you guys think...

haha, i second the body kit. but i'd def be interested in performance parts for my 9G I4...bottom of the line 9G but still want to play with it. i need options, and DEPENDABLE ones...i've found too many places that misprint their ads. RRE and RIPP mods don't even have a spec of info saying they're working on the 9G on their site. only he said, she said.

how about a starting point for us n00bs? like...what kind of brakes set up do the 9Gs have, DE - , ES - , LS - , GTS - . all disc or 2 disc/2 drum? will rotors advertised for another car work on ours? how about CAI (cold air intake, just in case cuz i didn't know at first) where does it connect in to? so i can go open the hood and look to see if the part i'm looking at would fit. cuz there's a few out there that advertise to work with 9Gs. an what the fuck is a ram?? and even for the standard upgrades - rims/tires, i didn't know what size, now i do (tires.com choose the right image link - put in your car get the size).

ok, probly gettin too far for someone to just write out everything...
here's a better question...when the fuck is hayes coming out with their 9G book?? that'd probly help!

de and es comes with 4 discs es with an option of abs and ls and gts comes with abs as a standard

go with a cai as short ram would suck in hot air ( right now the only option is getting a drop-in replacement from k&N for i4 9Gs)

as for tire size de and es comes with 215/60/16 and the ls and gts comes with 17 inch, check tirerack http://www.tirerack.com/index.jsp ('http://www.tirerack.com/index.jsp')

also you can get ur exhaust customized.

K&N drop in isnt the only choice, If you call Injen there is already a sort ram intake already out for the I4 and CAI or the V6. I know that for a fact because I talked to them personally and my shop in San Diego ordered it for me.

These guys are wholesalers and they can get great prices on quality parts.
