i did it a while ago but took it off because i had a big gap between the back glass and the back of the trunk, anyone might know why??? any tips would be very helpful because i would like to do it again...the right way. i followed the tutorial but maybe i'm just a :retard: . anyway it took me about 45 mins.

the reason why you have a gap in the back glass because you prolli drill too high in the hood control arm. mine is perfect the way it is. that is the reason why it took awhile because you need precise drilling so there will be no gap of any kind.

I used door hinges. I can post close up pics when I get back to my dorm room if need be. They're very strong and sturdy and I have no problems closing my trunk at all.

no its not straight, i use to use a small board to prop it up so it would be level with the roof of the car.
