I was wondering on how I can get my front end fixed. I got into probably the most stupid accident with my car. I just started pulling forward when I braked to stop from hitting the KIA Sportage in front of me. My tires slid on the ice, because I just started pulling forward, no acceleration or anything just put the car into drive and I slid into the damn car in front of me because he stopped on fresh snow, which provided his traction to stop, not mine, I got ice. So now my hood was pushed back slightly and there is a gap in between the hood and the fender. I took it to my dealership and they said that they had to replace the whole front end. What do I do? What do I check for? How can I save myself from spending a lot to get a little? HEEELLLLLP!!

Pictures on demand. Thanks

Take it to a body shop. They should be able to re-align things if its not bad.

got any views from the front?? or even with the hood open? to me it just looks like the hood is starting to buckle from the impact. in other words, you need another hood. or something is buckled under the hood causing the hood not to close flat like it should be. be wihtout more pics, i can't tell if there's other work that needs to be done.

ill go ahead and take pics of the front. These were the only ones that I had on my camera at the time. SO I will take one with the front and one with the hood open.
