Thinking about repainting hood n trunk

I'm sick of the blemishes on my hood and trunk, time for them to go. What process am I looking at, sanding it down to base, wetsanding, prime, paint, clear.. or should I jus take it to Maaco and not ruin my car..

i say Maaco it...now that you started school, i think it's too much of a project...unless you think you can do it in one day.

i'll tell you this. black is a hard color. i mean if you don't do it right and it isn't perfect, its gonna show up like hte blemishes that you have now.
