can someone please help me?? i'm new to the world of galants, as i just purchased my 01 galant ES about 3 weeks ago, but i've been reading these forums for a little while now.

anyways, i just purchased a set of reverse glow gauges from Nex Tech on ebay and i was wondering if someone can tell me how to put them in or at least direct me to someone/where that can.

i recieved the gauges, an on/off switch, and a power inverter...

any help is much appreciated!!!!!

Hello and welcome to the forums.
Here is a link that shows how to install some s7 gauges,They are i think the same hook up.. Just not as many parts. Im sure someone will correct me if im wrong. I think maybe youll need a bezel also.. to make it look better.

thanks for the help, but that doesn't solve the issue of the on/off switch it came with.

could this possibly be to turn the glow on and off??

most gauges don't come with on/off switches

on and off should be hooked to the dimmer.. So when your lights comes on so does your gauges.

Now if your talking the inverter like he said up top.. then its for green to blue yes.

good luck guy.. Be carefull with them needles tho they are gold in this install.. I dont know if you have to remove them or not But If you do Good luck.. and dont hit them remember where they set turn your key on and mark your glass with a marker or something. Try not to get them that far off. youll run out of gas or never know how fast your really going.

Once again good luck..

so i got em in in about a half an hour.... (from the first screw removed to the last screw tightened) pretty easy to do thanks to that guide you gave me.

turns out the switch turns the neon part on and off..... oh well... at least they look pretty sweet.... i'll post a picture if anybody wants to see it.

thank you both for your help!!
