Fluttering noise

There's a sort of fluttering noise coming from the right front of my 7g. I can hear it most when traveling at 60+ and only does it when letting off the gas. I would describe the sound as like that of a pigeon. What is it?

i have heard of this once but cant remember what it was.

try your splash guard.. mine made that noise for a minute.. i just ripped it out.

Correction, left front. I'll check the splash guard.

Its your blow off valve man, duh!

If its the driver side, theres only the splashgaurd and maybe the foglight. If its the passenger side theres the charcoal emissions box and the splashgaurd as well. My guess is the splashgaurd as well.
