Drivers side sunvisor

My driver's side sunvisor has become very loose over time. Evry time I put on my breaks it goes flying into the windshield. It is annoying the hell ot of me. Does anyone know of a way to make it tight again like it was when I first bought the car?

Anyone else having this problem? I must use my sunvisor way too much since I dont rock sunglasses. I popped the little plastic part off and tightened the screws but its still very loose. Every time I hit my breaks it goes swinging into the windshield.
