well some of you know my car had a horrible horrible wrasp sound in high rpms.. well ITS GONE! yes its gone, i went to meineke today and had them look at it.. aparently i had two leaks at some welds(which the douche that did them said there werent any leaks) but yeah they fixed those and also added a resonator after my hfc... OMFG it sounds soo nice now... im soo pleased with the job they did and the low deep non rice sound of my exhaust is back...okay i just had to share that..

burning rich? unburned gas?

but hey as long as it doesnt have the wrasp i can live with the pop..it onnly happens when i sit there and rev the engine

It pops because fuel is coming out with the exhaust and hitting the heated pipe, creating a small explosion. It should lessen over time as soot builds up on the pipe. Your engine could be running too rich, or it could be completely healthy. The same thing happened when my roommate and I threw headers on his Sentra.
