Alright, I am having a couple of problems with my heater. The first is the fact that it doesn't always turn on. I can start the car and turn the heater on and NOTHING happens. Most of the time I can turn the car off and start it again, (sometimes several times) and then it will kick on like nothing ever happened. If I just take off driving when it doesn't kick on, it may turn on a few minutes down the road. To the best of my knowledge it hasn't turned off once I get it on.....until I turn the car off.
Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this problem??
Oh yeah, I am also having the much talked about problem of luke warm air out of my vents with fan on high and temp knob in full red. From what I have read in other post it could be the heater shut off valve. I will try and locate that and also check my heater core tomorrow, while I am trouble shooting the other issue.
Any help will be much appreciated!!!
