I think its worth it if you still want high and low beams...you can get single beam HID's much cheaper, but these allow you to still use your highs...its up to you

the reason why i wanna have the high and low beams, is because i dont wanna touch my headlights when i go to inspect my car in motor vehicles because they reject you if u dont have high beams.

You Can have a Dual Headlights with 2 Xenon HID (high and Low)..
That's if you still want to replace your factory headlights with the JDM ones..

when you see the picture why are those bulbs covered like that, I've never seen them like that.

many places will reject you if you have aftermarket HID's too.

the bulbs are covered like that so you could switch between high and low beam
