I would like to know a few things about this ECU in particular.

1: Does anybody have a part number for it?
2: Does anybody know where I can find a pin out chart for it?
3: How many plugs does it use?
4: Has anybody ever used an ECU from a DSM in its place.
5: What size engine / Head configuration / compression ratio did it come with?

I own a 1994 Eagle Talon ES, with a 2.4L DOHC engine, and 11.0:1 compression. I'm working with Jeff O. from DSMCHIPS to get a good ECU going and he is reccomending using this ECU as our base to work with, because of the fact that is has Non-turbo Timing/fuel maps, and came with knock control circuitry. I need to know the above information to make sure I can get this ECU tuned and wired in properly.

I dont know a whole lot about this vehicle, other than that it was AWD, and I *think* it came with a 2.0L DOHC engine (please correct me if I am wrong), the same exact setup as 1G NT DSM's.

Thanks in advance,
-Rob

http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ECUs.html ('http://www.vfaq.com/mods/ECUs.html')

6/91-5/92 - MD172577

that looks like the one you would want. but you might want to verify the production date. cause if the ecu/ car was made in 5 92 it might be sold as a 93 model. dig it?
but i'm not exactly sure on that.
