I would saw no and yes, depending on how much work your planning to put in it. If your talking about straight "bolt-on" (well in this case, it says that silicone needs to be used to mount it to even the 5 series BMW), then I'd say "no" because the 5 series' trunk lid is probably bigger that ours. Also if you look at the picture you posted, the trunk lid is different than ours. The 5 series trunk goes completely across, were as ours stops short at both ends.

Now the reason I say "yes", is because anything can be adapted to fit any car, if enought time and money are thrown at it. With something like this, you would have to wind up cutting it into 3 pieces to fit it to our trunks. Don't really looks that hard, but the main thing is how will it look after wards and how secure would it be. If you were to attempt it, I suggest using some rivets aor screws to secure it from the bottom in addition to using silicone to mount it. But it's not a bad price for something to experiment with.

Do a search if I recall correctly there was a big thing about this awhile ago and i think that it was an almost perfect fit, just use glue. Um yea so dont take my word for it do some good old fashion research.

I think the IS300 has a similar spoiler and will require less modifications to fit.. I had that spoiler before but decided at the last minute to not put it on for some reason..

The problem with the IS300 is that our trunk has a slight curve vertically, while the IS300 is flat - I actually tried putting a stock IS300 spoiler and ran into that problem. There is a TRD IS300 spoiler that might work if modified, but I haven't been able to find an affordable place to buy one.
