Horn Problems..

okay.. i tried installing my sound system in the car ( amps&subs ).. i didnt realize that my horn is dead for some odd reason. only found out when some dumb driver cut me off. soo i checked the fuses and they were just fine. i even bought new horn relays and still not working. when you press the horn u can hear this clicking sound going on inside. no clue what it is. so im not sure if i should buy a new horn or just some electrical problem or i missed some fuse.. help anyone.. advices.. AND I HATE driving without horn. i know most of you guys doesnt have horn either.

i'd check the connection for the horn. if you have a test light or volt meter, and a friend to press the horn, you can see if the horn is actually getting power. that way you can track to see if the problem is the actual horn or the wiring to it.
