alright i just got the agxs and the tein springs whats the best seting to put the agxs on?

I have AGX and Progress, I ride on 2 all around.

You should just trying different settings and see what feels best to you.

4, that's what I have mine on. If you have 18s or 19s it's going to be rough, but with 17s 4 isnt that bad.

i have mine set to 3. its not 2 bad. i got 18s and its a lil harsh on the bumps but not a whole lot of bouncing.

2 is the GR2 equivalent.

i have mine set on the hardest setting and i still think its soft...i have the same set up on my i-4 8g.

just as a question, if you have AGX and you ride around on 2, which is GR-2 equivalent...why not save some money and just get the GR-2...Also, if you actually use the adjustability, how often do you switch. I thought about getting these but then I thought, if I got them and just left them at 2, what was the point of spending the extra $$$.

Does anyone have any idea how well the tein basic dampers ride, ie are the considerable more harsh than stock...

i used my adjustability. i have konis which don't have an actual number on them. i usually keep mine pretty stiff. but if my gf is riding with me, i'll usually pop the hood and make it a lil softer for her comfort.

the rears are a PITA to adjust kinda cuz the back seat is in the way.

but yea, if you want something like stock, maybe a lil stiffer stick with the gr-2's. if you wants something much stiffer, go with the agx's

the reason id keep it on 2 is b/c im from new orleans and their are pot holes every where. also when i go to the track ill just change it there.
