Something doesn't make sense, besides the fact that the person in the RSX can't drive. I've been next to a 9G going from light to light once and we were neck and neck pretty much the whole way. I've also been next to an RSX Type-S and the the RSX easily got the jump on me, then kept about a car length or so away... although I could have caught him if there was more room to run.
