They will fit 99-01 . But the 02-03 have totally different front bumpers

they fit but you would need the world spec headlights unless you can deal with the gaps that you get when you use them with usdm headlights

You can't, unless you changed out the 02-03 bumper for a 99-01 or JDM bumper.

Thought i saw something on ebay, some black chrome finish, but their were two inserts that go on each side of the emblem for 02. I haven't seen them on there for a while though.

JDM grills will not simply clip into the subframe like the USDM grill. you have to cut at least one new hole and do some trimming to the grill itself (where it meets the subframe). also the USDM grill only clips into the subframe whereas the JDM grill clips into the subframe AND the JDM headlights themselves.

The top one looks awesome.. I'd love to have it color matched to my car (make the black the W69 dover white) and keep the chrome inserts.. would look great!

I am VERY interested in the top one if it could be color matched to the dover/pearl white GTZ color.. W69 to be exact, with the chrome pieces still chrome but the black part color matched.. would look SWEET. I'm in!
