JDM Taillights

Wasup everyone, im new, and i have done some reading and I cant find a Tutorial on how to install the new JDM taillights I got for my 99 ES Galant, I know some of you guys dont like it when a newbie post something that has already been posted before, but like I said I cant find the Damn Thing, any help would be appreciated.

the search tool is helpfull at times, but searching throughthe forums with the word JDM install is hard you'll get all forums with JDM in it and more with install in it like installin speakes :? but ya gotta luv it.... :wink:

thats why u search individual forums. like u can just search sutomizing your 8g forums, or all the 8g forums, or all the picture posts, or by user, or by time

I just got my JDM tails in today. It came with the harness. So would I have to do any heavy modification to make them fit? Here are some pics of the harness for the JDM taillights.

dam you really don't need to go anything because the hard part of finding which wire is which to make a hardness is done for you

my jdm lights did not came with harners it came with 6 seprate harness.

dam you really don't need to go anything because the hard part of finding which wire is which to make a hardness is done for you

Alright cool. So all I have to do is take out my stock tails and put these in, with no problems or modifications? Thanks again

you have to splice your current wires into the JDM ones because the sockets aren't plug and play
