I think I really have a car addiction. I was browsing the web at prices on certain cars, nsx...nothing under 40k, sc430....mileage to high, s2k....I'm too fat, then suddenly found a deal and decided to check it out. Well I bought another car, 2010 is350 convertible.

I didn't have any real plans to fix this car up besides a minor drop and maybe some better stock oem wheels, but now I'm looking at lexon carbon front lip, toms side skirts, hks exhaust, rays gram lights 57dr and maybe tein cst or hks hipermax. I got issues, but I don't have a broad to blow money on so I guess it'll be on cars. So the tl goes outside and the new toy gets its spot in the garage now.

Im basically a workaholic. Ive been a sushi chef for 8-9 years now but the bulk of the money I make is when I private chef and teach sushi classes. A lot of the corporate parties I chef for under the company I work for, I network hard and made relationships with some of the rich people in town, then when I do their parties, their friends hire me for their parties and it just goes from there. I make 25/hour under the company, but when I private chef I charge 125/hr to 250/hr plus gratuity. These people throw money around like nothing. then when I teach private classes for some of these people, I charge 70/a person. so if I can get a group of 10-30 people it starts to add up. since I basically have no life because of work, I have extra money to do double payments on the the cars. I have 1 year left of the F, and 1.5 years left on the acura, so I guess if I just grind out, all ill have left is 1 car to pay for eventually. only problem, cars are the worst investment in the world, so im losing money when I should really be investing in something that should make me money lol.

^Its tough because the first 60' are so crucial. Not enough throttle, it bogs. Too much throttle, wheel spin like crazy. Its such a fine line to maintain. Either way, that thing is easily capable of 13's if you ever go back to the strip and push it.

Practice is key, when my friend first started racing he posted high 13's in a lighten NA K20A (6spd) EG Coupe 24" slicks. He would see similiar cars going faster, he didn't get it. But practice made perfect, after a few test and tunes, minimal changes to the MAP but more and more practice, he eventually got the car down to 11.5....then he went turbo which is a whole other story.

I just actually switched from yellow fogs back to new oem clear, because the yellow clashed with my blue lug nuts from corner view. However everything ties together nicely with your g, clean, I like it.

I like them too now that they are on...lol have had them for a while, they are Rays lugs. Was not sure if I was going to use them but i lost the key to my other lugs and didn't want to buy another.

I shaved and painted this bumper once before and it too failed just like you're but not until I hit a shopping cart cruising through a grocery store parking lot ...I turned to see what my daughter wanted and took my eye off the road.

So anyhow once it cracked, rain got in and then it failed all together.

But basically factory plate location has holes for the plate...I plastic welded those closed, then filled it in with spray insulating foam, cut off excess to the point where it was formed pretty well...then FBGLS mesh and epoxy resin/hardener, then bondo, then dolphin glaze..
As for the tow hook cover I pop riveted a piece of sheet metal to it completely covering the opening, gring wheel it all smooth then bondo and finished off with some dolphin glaze.. The reason why it failed the first time is because those factory license plate holes allowed for moisture to get into the foam....through or around th glass and somehow wet the bondo SMH..hope for the best lol

I was gonna buy those wheels... They come in 40 or 20 offset both of which are supposed to clear brembos ...didn't think they had that much of a lip ...very sexy ...I'm a lil jealous I didn't get them

18x8 and 18x9 in back both 40 offset i was told they are my buddies, thinking about buying them for super cheap off him and painting them or somthing some of the paint is coming off.going to need a slightly beefier tire in the front too since right now hes running 215/35 and 225/40 in the rear

Nice ...I'm running 225/35 19x8.5 all around....with a TEIN set spring drop and the back only runs when I turn with 1 adult in the back...even with no one in the back the backs rub on turns...hopefully that helps...you could probably get away with a 235 in the front but the backs I would probably leave the 225's or maybe stretch the 215's if the rubbing is that bad..9" is pretty wide but then again I got 19"s ...18"s are a whole bother world to me...

yeah pretty straight forward, just install the "pins" first where you what, and then slowly cut your carbon fiber hood lol. Dude really its not that bad, just a little nerve racking installing them measure 80 kabillion times cut once lol.
and nah man I like my evo style, but if I had to get another one, I would make one kinda like the cowl hood on gmc blazers the old school ones. I like the hood lift for some reason.

Thanks. I've considered those things but if they happen, it'll be a long time from now. My focus is on more power and improving the handling a bit yet. As far as the headlights go, they are still plastic. They feel thicker than the 1-piece headlights though.

My G has been in my dad's garage untouched since MOD oh um in 2010, between baby, and work I hadn't gotten to get it out and bring it by me for the warm months like I had intended. My dad had some plumbing issues couple weeks ago and I received a call at about 1:30 in the morning that I needed to get the car out of the garage as the main water shut off is located in garage floor. I disconnected the trickle charger and she started right up. Drove around some and snapped some pics

I plan on painting it this weekend with the ol' Rustoleum BUT I have a friend that might be able to get it done for me for cheap so i'll see.
On a related note it gives the car a MUCH different look than the tame stock gs spoiler. Especially through the rear view lol

Im also sad about having to paint match it to my car because it is a beautiful color.
I kinda want to paint my car the same color even though white is my favorite color for a car.

Also I need to take a buffer to the front bumper if I'm not gonna paint the other one, and the roof has small sections with tiny little white spots, which I think is the start of cancer. I'm getting conflicting opinions on how to keep the cancer away, need to do more research before it gets too late.

I know from working on Stewis car a long time ago that front Evo knuckles are a lot wider where it accepts the strut, we had to spread the front with socket that was a hair wider then the knuckle. So I would a imagine it would be the reverse when using Evo suspension with 8g knuckles.
