I just got the accord lip, and i have an idear for some sideskirts, but i wont tell till i take some measurements. Also i think i found another lip that will fit too.

oic well the one i was looking at was an actual 92 accord the lip its straight with no bends similar like the DIY lip.

Oh n when I did the first coat a couple months ago I sprayed the whole thing n with this time I taped off the reverse.

Thats the same thing I didnt like about them. They would look good from one angle, & ugly from another. Even after I took out the orange reflector. The shade of orange on the reflector is ugly to me as well. The shade of orange used in the JDM Heads looks much better, & from every angle. Thats why Ive never cleared my JDM's.
But yeah you could black out the chrome portion and leave the reflector; or use some night shade to spray a light tint over the reflector portion of the head, which will mask the chrome, and give you a darker shade of orange, while maintaining sufficient light output.

Hey Beam it looks great but I think I might have a small solution to the orange reflector thing. Open them up n get some VHT nightshades n smoke the reflector. IMO I think it would finish it off very nicely!

I think that would take away a lot of the visibility. I really don't mind the color right now, but if I were to remove them, I would have to paint my fogs. I need some kind of color on the front end to contrast the black and white. I don't really like seeing the bulb either, but don't want to buy those eBay ones with the clear lens (at least spend that much money on it.. lol)

No not smoke them dark. Just a light coat on the reflectors themselves give it that "JDM" amber if you will. Let me check n see if I still have some pics.

Wow bro, I always loved that hood and how it looks on white cars.! any thought on the front bumper yet? i mean it does look nice but with a bigger bumper (maybe JDM) would look better, don't you think? (more agressive so that way when you push the gas pedal, and the swap start screaming like monster, then people driving behind you...... haha well you got to end the story haha.:033:

I only did base coat. They said that Mitsu uses 2 different types of pearl so your talking bucks just for rattle cans lol. I haven't even put clear on it. N I did it in my building in the hallway n I'm still panda lol

I AM! The RWD is good in it, and not even "playing" I got up a pretty steep hill in it, its about .5miles long and very turny. I enjoyed that.

Yes and no lol... haven't really decided, but I do know I won't be rockin' the dolphin bumper untill next summer, after I get back from the deployment. I don't want to rock it without an intercooler, so I'm thinking about a vogue lip on the new style for this summer, see how it looks and how I like it... I wonder how the SVR4 skirts would look with the new style and vogue lip.

Going to sort out a winter/all season tire situation this week. The KD's arent the best on the snow. Also looking to retire the GS-T wheels. Pondering a set of different wheels for next season. She is getting pretty beat, needs a new alternator and the paint from last year is cracking. Still driving great though. Gotta sort out some personal stuff then hopefully get her back to looking good and healthy.
