what area of that big black metal crossmember thing did u put your jack. when i do mine one side goes up higher and i dont know why. seems kind of dangerous. because i can always get a jack under one side. and the other wont beable to get a jack under it

If you look under the car from the front, there's a spot right there (in the center) on what I belive is called the "lower motor support brace". Actually it's in the service manul too.

im taking out the system, tv/dvd&ps2 and the yellowtop

everything else is staying.
id be happy with $3,500

never gave me problems, timing belt was changed, water pump etc.

minor curb accident/sideswipe, everything fixed now, just needs clearcoat on passenger fender. 146,000 highway miles

Well as some of you might have read in another forum, I got my car back yesterday. There is still more work to be done but I needed my car and he has a crap load of cars to work on. It goes back to him on monday to hopefully finish the rest of this project. I got my JDM Heads installed (but they are not flush yet), CF Hood installed (He broke one of the washer nozzles so hes going to put new ones in free of charge), and no JDM grill (the grill needs to be trimmed and the headlights need to go back more b4 it can go on).

i reverted my bright re-wire mod to stock and went to chrome amber behind clear JDM since i now have amber LED signals in my mirrors, the bright corners blinking in hyperwhite out of phase w/ the amber mirrors looked too weird. also, as close as the re-wire did to making the color WHITE, they never came close to my HID (and now i have 6 HIDs)... i wonder how the new batch of white LED 1157's look (90 degree multi-bulb facing forward instead of sideways)? maybe that's the next direction to take.

I was at a meet yesterday in NJ. There were an assortment of about 500 cars there. I was surprised so many came out seeing how freakin' cold it was.

ive got 30% all around on my car, and the limit in MN is 50%.

dont know how it is around the rest of the country, but a couple of officers ive talked to around here told me they dont really pull anyone over just cause of the tint. they would just tack it onto whatever else they were giving you.

when it become illegal in NY..i know it's illegal in NJ....i had tint in NY on the front windows....i only took it off because it was 15%,and i got a ticket for it, but the cop didn't say it was illegal to have it period

I was told by a police officer that anything below 75% on the front passenger and driver side windows are illegal. But if you've ever seen 75% tint its like having none at all.

i did have an impact bar before thats why only the radiator got messed up.....pretty much the radiator and fans and a couple of hoses were replaced, everything else mechanically was pretty good. 100 times more i rather have a funny looking front with an impact bar, than a hot front without one...

Yep. I bought a set on ebay. They come with a little semi-circle screen that shows you how far you are from whatever.

actually it's the base color is stock (Sahvana Green), but i had the paint guy add three coats of blue pearl, and about three coats blue ghost flake to it... qualities you can't always see in the pics. the flake is cool cause you don't see little dark specs, but when the like hit's it right you see bright royal blue glitters.

Here's a couple of good pics that show the pearl. I wanted it to be a slight pearl, nothing over dramatically done, but enough whe nyou see it in person you know it's not stock.

the trunk is actually black not CF. I bought a new trunk because I had a hideous wing on it and I found this one at a junk yard so I picked it up. I have yet to get it painted because I am waiting for some more parts to come in.
