02-03 grill

anybody had any success in modding the stock grill on the 02-03 g (making it hollw)? i know len (wanderingpinoy) tried it but ran into some trouble.

I was wondering the same thing. I saw a couple grille inserts on ebay, they use to have black chrome ones but I haven't seen them for a long time. I wouldn't get these, but maybe it's what your going for.
