Missing 2 on one hub is risky I think, but I am missing at least 1 on 2 of my 4 hubs. Hate it when that happens

is it safe? no.
can you drive with just 3 lugs on? yea. but i'd be careful and drive like you would with a temporary spare. you know, drive slower than normal, drive the car only when u have to. meaning drive it to a nearby repair shop

if you want to change them yourself, the lugs cost like 3 bucks or something at the dealer and probably half the price of that at the auto parts store.

I would say go ahead and fix it to get it right the first time. Better safe than sorry.

1) Take off caliper and caliper bracket

2) remove rotor

3) Knock out broken studs with a point from spindle (screwdriver, etc.)

4) Insert new stud from the back of the spindle like the others.

5) Screw on the nut on the new stud, keep turning until the stud is all the down to the cap.

6) Lather, rinse, repeat https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif

i mean its only a 3 dollar part at the dealer. im pretty sure you can find enough change in your sofa to pay for the parts.
