valve lash adjusters?

i haven't heard of anyone on this board needing those replaced at all. oem should last for a very long time. maybe whoever fixes your car does a bad job installing it, or you beat the hell out of your engine, or you never change your oil?

please give more infomation.

the GB on clubvr4 is different, SOHC motors and DOHC motors use totally different lash adjusters. If you are blowing lash adjusters alot, either the guy doing your work sucks at his job, or you have a problem inside the cylinder head. It sounds like an oiling problem if they are going that frequently, maybe wanna look into getting your oil pump replaced, also have the head parts inspected, the Cam, rocker arms and valves, make sure nothing is bent or worn out of spec. Your best bet might just be to pick up a used cylinder head. www.mitsubishigraveyard.com

I deal with that guy all the time and he has great used parts and he's pretty cheap.

thanx 4 the advice i will have some one else install some new oem. I also installed some gauges the oil pressure gauge only reads between 5 and 10 psi at idol but with higher rpm the oil pressure is normal so maybe it is my oil pump
