Hi Flo Cat and Header

I have a quick question. If I get a OBX header and a hi flo cat(Magnaflow), would I pass inspection? I've read some other posts and it says the reason you fail emissions is because part of the header elimates the cat. Depends on where you live and "who" you know. I personally know a few people who have passes the NY inspection with an Ebay high-flo cat.

I suggest that you talk to a muffler shop in your area to find out definately what will happen. I know that the last time I did mine in NY they didn't even do all that. He just checked if the lights, seatbelts, & check engine light. Since I have a 2001 they just plug it in the computer through the OBDII port and it'll tell them if I have a code or not. That was it.
