Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF for my tranny?

Hi, Is it okay to use Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF for my Mitsubishi Galant 1995 LS Automatic Transmission? Thanks.

i would NOT recommend it.
in fact, its not advisable to use ANYTHING but for mitsu ATF+3

You'll do good just going to the dealer and getting some Mitsu tanny fluid. It'l cost a little more but at least you'll know that its good.

due to what Ive dealt with over the years, I will ONLY recommend mitsu trans fluid in mitsu trannies EVER.

other stuff may work. But I garantee the mitsu fluid will.

if you aren't gonna go with mitsu's in house fluids, at least read the label on the bottle and see if they meet or exceed mitsu's standards. most automatic tranny fluids dont
