Wire Routing

I'm installing a V-Force chip this weekend on my '01 2.4L. What is the best way to get the wires through the firewall. :roll:

easiest way. drill a hole

you can also go where the rest of the wires go thru...

there is a hole for where the clutch should be...

or you can remove the splash guard in the wheel well and you'll see a hole to get into the car near the interior kickpanel

Thanks. It's good to be back on this site. I originally joined over a year ago but was unable to sign into the new site.

Actually I have the wires currently going through the door jam through the top of the left fender. The wires close in the door but there seems to be no problem. I am just looking for the RIGHT way to run the wires.

i drilled through mine just be carfull if you do do it to get it right the first time dont want your firewall to look like swiss cheese

Do what pinoy said....look under your sterring wheel and follow your wires out the firewall. Remove your splash guard and you'll see where they come out....
