I use my e-brake alot (Out of habit of driving stick) and for automatics it eases on the pads I've been told. The last few days the brake light won't shut out immediately after I drop the brake. When it does, and if I use the brakes the light turns back on. It's like "UM WTF?" So if anyone could give me a heads-up or if it'sjust a loose wire or something.

there are 3 things that will cause the "brake" light to come on.
1) the parking brake
2) low brake fluid (or a reservoir cap that has "popped' out of its recess)
3) a loss of hydraulic balance (which you would feel right away, as you would lose half of the brake system).
check the reservoir. its the most likely candidate.

Yea you were right. I never expected the same e-brake light to be used for the fluid as well. I was extremely low which surprised me. So I filled it back up and the car handles a hell of alot better. No brake squeaking, (Still brake dust from the old pads) and the car just sounds better. Thanks for the tech help.
