Window Scratches

Some of us who live by the ocean have the problem of sand being blown around in the wind. Some of it gets in between the door/window of the car. Is there anyway to touch up the tiny scratches the sand leaves on the window? (From being stuck on the plastic part in the door)

Or would I have to replace the both front windows on which this problem is on?

i'd try some fine steel wool and some windex first to see if that would help. just make sure the steel wool doesn't touch your paint

I live in the center of the U.S. and have window scratches... they are from the other side so dont matter, no one sees them but the owners.
