if he's looking to do that mod he's in no such rush where he can't search. Looks like spoonfeeding to me. BUt whatever.

Is that the civic or itr lip?

Civic lip - it wasn't quite finished, as it needed a clearcoat still (why the color was slightly off), and the end needed to be bolted/screwed into the wheel well area, hence, the sagging.
