Hmm..Chattering around 3K

Hey folks, got some speed-sensitive 'chattering' in the head around 2.5-3.0K RPM's.

Thinking I stretched a rod due to a moderate oil leak that just didn't get attention soon enough.

What's your take? Need to know soon if I'm going to get a rebuild kit and parts.
