Seatbelt problem

I wonder if I'm the only one who has the problem of the seatbelts getting stuck and then going the opposite way. What I'm talking about is how both the drivers side belt and passenger side belt now face the other direction (It's twisted and extremely difficult to try and fix.)

Is there a way to disassemble the top seat belt holder piece and be able to re-attach the belts to face the proper direction.

These belts drive me crazy and it sucks wearing a wife-beater or a tanktop and having the belt wedge into your skin.

but yea, if that happens i pull the seatbelt out all the way and that sometimes fixes it.
