Headlight misfire.

Okay, I have a '01 galant, and I have been noticing that the right headlight only fires about 80% of the time. I recently put some 8000k HID's in there, and the same damn thing. It's very annoying. I have heard that the harness in the galant has issues, but where? I want to re wire the lights and bypass or re-wire the harness. any feedback would be great.

you can just look at the wiring and you can look if its bad or not.

but what i'd do is switch the headlights and see if the problem moves over to the other side.

To me it sounds like a grounding problem. I mean if the bulb was bad, it wouldnt work willy nilly like that, and it the wires were shorting against each other the fuse would blow.
