Yes thell fit, you gota brake the clips on the inner of the headlights, and push the raditor 4Inchs, just unscrew the top screws it be FINE, TRUST ME...And ur grill is good to go, i acually have one for sale...you can have it for 150Shipped...PM if u wanna buy i got pics and paypal..hope it helps
