installing it was pretty easy. the hardest part for me, which wasn't that hard, was the wiring. the wiring is pretty simple, you just have to run wires from the cabin to the trunk.

my trunk popper is totally hidden. the only thing you see is the two bolt heads i use for mounting the popper. everything else is hidden, even the switch.

mine is connected to an auxilliary channel that i have on my alarm so i am able to use it with my remote.

btw, the one from mitsu is 70 bucks. not to mention the other things you'll need for install like wiring, fuse holder, and etc.

pinoy you have any pics???

what is there to see? all you can see is the two bolt heads where i mounted the popper. everything else, the popper, the bracket, the switch etc is hidden from plain view. i can't even get the camera back there to snap a picture of the popper

the only reason i got mine is because i can hook it up to the alarm. press one button to disarm the alarm, press another button to pop open the trunk. no need to fumble with switching from the remote to a key to open the trunk. call me lazy but it helps when you're hands are full of other stuff.

Hey that's when I got the idea to get em, I was carrying a bunch of stuff which I had place on the floor and used the key to open my trunk. This happened on a rainy day .
