Again, I'm going to say that most US people don't order from them directly. The link to Tearstone, their US distributor (you're going to save a TON on shipping this way) is already in the list.

Seconded! They made my manual swap possible given seemingly impossible time constraints. It's BEST to call them, however. They're much more responsive over the phone.
