multi coil ignition systems questions..

is there any of u know how to upgrade an 8G's ignition systems into a multi coil systems type?? a wiring maybe? thanks..

you could run a coil on plug setup by using Chrysler 300M coils. There is a wiring diagram on DSM tuners and DSM talk. Just a question, why are you upgrading? The factory 8G ignition coils are identical to that of an EVO, so the stock parts should sustain nearly 500whp without flaw.

i have a 6A13 engine ( N/A Version ) under my hood, & i'm not quite sure that it's identical with an evo.. :? or is it??

get the part# off your stock ignition coil and post it up, i'll tell you if its the same coil

the 6a13 is dohc yes?
pretty much every single dohc mitsu engine is DIS.
i'm sure you ruin the same 3 dual output coil wastespark system as the 3kgt's run.

Naah, it's only SOHC V6 engine with 24-Valve 2.5L

Indonesian mitsubishi dealer is sucks, they only produce 8G's with only 1 engine options!
