The search didn't yield me anything, so here it goes...I basically wanted to find out whats this tube/pipe thing called that sits in front of our radiators.

Here's the best pic I could find describing that part (Mante, this was taken from one of your pics, I hope you don't mind https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif):
I was wondering if its ok to paint that part, even with radiator paint (from Eastwood) that SinSere used for his radiator.

Thoughts/feedbacks are highly appreciated. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif

Oh yeah, the car is out from the shop and it looks good. It just needs some minor touch-ups (like the one mentioned above).

I'm still working on it...but here's a little preview:
I used radiator paint and only applied a thin layer on the "pipe". I didn't paint the radiator because I felt like there's no need to.

No more horizontal bars (on the VRG bumper) and the mold around where the license plate used to be is now molded flat. The shop did a great work.

Pls. tell me what you think. https://www.thegalantcenter.org/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif

(I'm getting a new digital camera before I post complete pics)

Mine is actually resting behind the intercooler, but I'm planning to replace it with a smaller one that I can mount on the frame or something in that area under the bumper.
