Ralliart 9G

Well we have one here, didn't get a chance to test drive it (:'( ) they put it in the show room too fast.

I'm betting the five speed feels sooo much better than the four speed in terms of acceleration.

On another note, the parts are gay, there's nothing 'ralliart'ish about it, it has a nice interior, but the strut bar, intake, etc all look like a regular 9G...NOTHING TO TAKE OFF OF IT.

Now the exterior, defintley MUCH sexier I thought about buying the front clip and back clip for my car.

Why not test drive a 4g eclipse GT to feel the power?

Also, besides the mesh grill, arent all the 07s get the same bumpers just without the 2 tone paint?

I dunnu, I'd probably pick the new camry over it. I dunnu.

Well it's a 5 speed automatic, so the power ratio should defintley be much closer now (to the ground).

But, the weight on the two cars are different, the 9G just feels like a tank to me when I'm driving it; when I'm in a spyder or normal eclispe it feels like I'm in my old first gen rx7 - crowded.

The new camry does have quite a punch to it power wise...I was looking at that on a commercial the other night.

Maybe so...don't know....never checked.

I'm going to go see if I can test drive it tomorrow...I know 4G eclipse parts will sure as hell bolt up then (SAME MOTOR, not close! lol)

i called all of the dealers in my area and none have any in yet. once they get one in im goin to take a look at it. might as well make it my 3rd Galant after this one goes back. i wanna see it in person n take it for a ride.

yeah the 9g is a 5 speed auto.

aren't those just eclipse syder 17's on that ralliart?
i thoght for sure they woudl give it some unique wheels... not that those look bad

Its nice and I like the color, but it just looks like a regular 9g with 4g 18" wheels. How much are they asking for it.

online... it says $26,999. but u can add navi for like $1,800 more. dunno what they askin for at dealer yet.

The Ralliart 9G's are just rediculous. The only definitive difference in appearance are the headlight/tailight/trunk. The front bumpers' chrome painted trim is just followed across the bottom of the bumper. Power wise, I just want the tranny and clutch assembly... If only they made the I4's in standard. I need to find a way to convert it.

If i saw or found a wrecked (rear end smash only) RA lancer, I would strip the whole system, Engine, trans, the works. Throw in that RRM kit in it and grab up about 245+ hp Not sure if that was whp or not though.... if it IS whp then I would be all for it.
