theres a tutorial around here somewhere.. put the napa right next to my shop has this 3m kit. it has a buffer for ur drill, 600 grit sand paper, 1000 grit, 1500 grit, and 3000 grit, after u've wet sanded ur headlight with those, u use a plastic cleaner and a plastic polish. the kit costs ~$80 but it does around 20 sets of headlights. and we charge $30/set
works great on neons, caravans, and my galant b4 i got erics headlights..

here's the tutorial https://www.thegalantcenter.org/viewt...pic.php?t=31438 ('https://www.thegalantcenter.org/viewtopic.php?t=31438')

you don't need to use some electrical buffer. but it helps make things go faster if you do have one. if not, just make sure you have alot of elbow grease on hand.
