Happy Birthday to My G...

Well I never thought this day would come. My G turned 100000 miles old! I have to say it has been a great ride thus far. Till this day it has never given me any major problems so hopefully it won't start now. I've always kept up with all my fluid changes and just recently put new spark plugs and wires...I just thought I would share this with you guys and wonderin' how you guys are doin' on miles. I bought this car brand new in 2002. Any suggestions on how to keep it runnin' strong would be appreciated...Thanks in advance!

Congrats man, I bought my 03 brand new in August of 03 and I only have 56,000 on it so far. Good to know that it's gonna go at least 44,000 more miles. What's the most mileage anyone has gotten on a galant without any major engine or transmission trouble?

man, mine is an '01 and i'm just now seeing 56,XXX miles... LoL, it might be like 2010 before I see 100,000 miles...


now all we gotta do is be like those KIA commercials and reach 250,000... lol

one of my boys local has one..with over 220K no issues yet, just regular maintence and factory tranny...i know on TGC couple people have over 130K-170K

damn u guys barely drive... i easily get 600-800 PER WEEK(around 130 round trip to work) plus week ends round i feel bad i over work my car sometimes :x

I'm at 107,000 in my '01, but my boy BIGMONEYDAY is at 290,000 :shock: in his I think '99

wow you drive a lot, my dad has a 02 with maybe 40,000 miles and it was a daily driver till a month ago

I mean obviously I knew I'd get there I just feel its too soon compared to other friends with 02 cars...but yeah I go to school at USF in Tampa and drive back to Orlando where my family and girlfriend live every single weekend! I've been doin' this for over three years now. Hopefully I'll be able to post again when I hit 200000!

damn pvu, soon to be in the 200,000 mile plus club. ive seen a couple make it there. theyre capable. mines an 01 had it since new and its just seeing 84,700

congrats....I bought a 2000 G back in 2004 it had 52k on it, right now it has 67k on it.

I was there...it was a crazy show! I'll be goin' to HIN at Miami this December too!
