What up yall... just a little updates....
First is my new headlights.. i had eric build them from tgc...
they are dual projectors... with Lexus sc430 projectors with moddified tsx clear lenses for low beams
and just some simple honda high beams out of some depo headlighs..
Also you can see my new jdm sidemarkers... clear chrome ones with amber bulbs... they are nice :-)

Second is a set of evo 8 brembo brake calipers slotted drilled rotors and new steal brake lines.... I have all four fronts and rears...

I will be actually trying to get these installed this weekend... Ill let you guys know how it goes...

Also when i get my brakes installed i will be installing my Ground Control Coilovers and KYB AGX shocks..

I will have better pics of the car after i get it back from my mechanic... Im just deciding on the best day to drop it off...

Screw the pix, I can't wait to see that bad boi aroung the"A"!! Man, mos def keep me informed on how things go with the install and hit me up on DSI so I can get a chance to take a look at it when I'm in town. Also if you got a hook up on another set of Brembo's, let a brotha know. And I thought I was gonna be the only G in the GA/SC area with those lights :firedevil:

Oh yeah, didn't some folks say that you need to be running +35 offset wheels to use that brake set up?

Yeah im not 100% sure if they will yet but my wheels do have a decent gap... if not Ill get some different wheels... I have already been looking at some wheels and everything... So i have some other ones in mind right now.... So we will see if they dont fit ill go ahead and make that order..

But i hope they do... so i dont have to spend my paint money on new wheels.... anyways we will see...

I dont think those Brembos are going to fit with those wheels. I spent a day at my shop trying to find wheels to fit with the Brembos and I still barely clear. Good luck.

Yeah well i figure the biggest problem i would have is offset... I do not remember what my offset was on my wheels when i bought them it was so long ago...

We just have to see...

I Doubt your current wheel will fit them especially with that 1-3" lip.

Yeah, offset is one big concern, but it's more about backspacing of the rim. You'll need alot of room between the caliper and the inside of the rim. I'm running a 38 offset, but the rim has alot of backspacing (EVO 9 MR wheel). I'd say put one corner on (caliper and rotor) and do a test on the front. Your rear will clear no problem.

Finally got the rear hub assemblies for the rear calipers... Picked them up today ... cleaned them up real good and bolted on rotors and brembos for test fitment... Very nice... and snug...
These thangs should be going on next week early... I have a set of evo wheels coming in just in case my wheels dont clear... Stay tunned for updates next week...

I am kind of wishing that my dubz dont fit... the wheels i have in mind are killer and will look even sicker on the Galant... That will be my christmas present if my dubz dont fit...

Okay im bout 45% done with my upgrades... I got the front ones on :-) they fit nice... here is a teaser pic of the fronts... I will be putting rears on (with suspension) this weekend around sunday or monday when i get more days off...

Yep the suspension on there :-) ... i pretty much cant lower it any more... it was rubbing againts the front inside plastic... LOL i should of took pics of it Dumped... we had it so freaking low LOL... But i like it this height very nice ride... I set the AGX shocks to level 2 so its very sturdy and soft at the same time...

LOL these brakes are very strong... they stop like nothing... and i did even notice a difference from drums to calipers in rear... the stopping power is more stable....

with drums in rear you can feel the car weight shift but with the calipers in the rear now its a more even stop... im very pleased...

Yeah man Ive been trying to decide what style wheel i want to go with... Once i decide on what i want I will order them... I am gonna be going with a 19" wheel as well... I just dont want to rush and buy any wheel for the car... There are so many wheels out there i like... so this is a very hard choice...

my wheel design allows them to fit i believe... Mine was a very snug fit... I put a 2mm spacer to give more space... My wheels cleared but i personally felt it was too close for comfort... so i placed a 2mm spacer in the front to give the brakes some breathing room...

Also a +38 offset is totally different on a 8.5 from a 8.0 wheel... I have an extra half inch of rim so my +38 offset would be more like a +34 or +33 offset on your wheel...
