need help 3rd gen jdm tails

need help in which hole does the bulb that when the car is on it on because i got altezz light and took the harness off them and tryed to put them on the 3rdgen tails the altezz lights have four sockets

i haven't had altezzas for a while now but couldn't u just plug the harness into the car without them being in the tails since you would have the tails out for installation and see which bulb does what? i mean if you turn on the turn signals, the turn signals would come on, if u put the car in reverse, the reverse lights would come on and etc.

yea i did that but where u put the one when it on in the top red or bottom white

the reverse/turn signal goes in the clear parts and the parking/brake go in the red. or at least thats how its wired on the world spec models.

ok i got it now forgot about the turn signal ...anyway why it doesn't sit flush from the bottom of the tails

the tails don't sit flush? the bulb doesn't sit flush on the tails what?

i got everything wired up putting it in the body the bottom doesn't sit flush im check it again in the morning cant see shit at night

im guessing hte bulb socket is too big and its rubbing on the body of the car.
