Has anyone had a problem with the heater control? Mine only seems to work when it is on the highest blower setting.

It only blows air when its on high? Or it only blows hot air when its on high?

It only blows heat when its on high. i havent checked about the a/c.

Try it with the a/c. If it only blows on high it could be a resistor that has gone bad.

if that resistor has gone bad , where is it located? Also, when it is on high the blower makes a loud shaking/vibrating noise..Any idea what is causing that?

the resistor is located in the evaporator box behind the dash. I had the same problem with my blower motor: one of the fins had broken off. Pull the motor out and inspect it first and clean it (if there is any trash in or around it) and place it back in and tighten it good and try to run it to see if that helped it.
